The station, piece by piece

The hat wall. A styled display of foam snapbacks, Richardson 112 and 115 truckers, rope caps, and premium performance lids, ordered in colorways that match your palette. We size quantities to your guest count and always carry overage, because the popular colorway goes first every single time.

The patch board. Chenille letters, numbers, hearts, stars, boots, lightning bolts, and seasonal shapes laid out like a candy counter, plus any custom patches we produced for your date. Guests mix freely — one big statement patch or a stacked combination of small ones.

The press crew. Trained Merch Troop operators handle placement, pressing, and the cool-down handoff. Guests never touch hot equipment. One operator presses roughly forty to sixty hats an hour; bigger crowds get a second press so the line never stalls.

• Live DTF shirt printing — full-color designs pressed onto tees, hoodies, and totes while guests watch. Our core craft and a natural pairing with the bar.

What we need from your venue

A 10×10 footprint fits the full bar comfortably; we can compress to a single 8-foot table for tighter rooms. Each press needs a standard 20-amp circuit. Load-in takes about 90 minutes, teardown about an hour, and we handle both quietly. Indoor, outdoor under cover, rooftops, ballrooms, barns — we have set up in all of them.
