The Vegas formats

Convention booths. The biggest trade floors in America are here, and booth competition is an arms race. A patch bar creates the one thing money cannot buy directly on a trade floor: a voluntary line. Suite and rooftop parties. Corporate buyouts, milestone birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette suites above the Strip. The compact version of the bar fits a suite living room, and an evening-styled station under the neon reads pure Vegas — the gallery shows how the setup carries night lighting.

Pool season. Daytime pool events run foam-heavy walls — bright colors, flat bills, sunglasses-friendly fits — with dual presses for the throughput a pool crowd demands.

Booking the run

Vegas dates need slightly more lead time than SoCal ones since inventory travels with us: six weeks is comfortable, four is workable, and convention-week dates should book the moment your floor space is confirmed because our Vegas calendar clusters hard around the big shows. Staffed stations start around $5,000 plus the flat travel fee, staffing at $250 per hour — full anchors on pricing. Certificates of insurance and venue paperwork for the big properties are routine for us; send the venue contact and consider it handled.
